Is it just me or does tsunade not look pregnant. I mean, the way Naruto is touching her stomach and the expression on his face (as well as Shizune's,) may hint at it but I just don't see how this can be tagged as pregnant.
Though, if you want to take "tag what you see" to its logical extreme -- how do we know they're ninjas, just going from this picture and not our knowledge of the characters?
