People tag a lot of stuff as yuri that probably isn't, since they hope so much, and I can understand that..
But even without artist knowledge, I really don't see how picking up someone in a princess carry like that, holding her hand and blushing could possibly be some sort of expression of platonic friendship. From Komachi, that is. But the tag info even says it doesn't matter if it isn't mutual.

Komachi isn't really carrying her, but groping and reaching into her skirt. It's the reason behind the commentary and why Eiki has that face.
