To be fair, he IS currently stuck on a diet of bean sprouts and....bean sprouts. Can't be terribly good for keeping one's head on straight. And any excuse to have something to snack on other than...well...bean sprouts is something he probably isn't passing up.
Oh, I don't think this is a case of "outuition." I think he knows exactly what Atlanta wants him to do, and is enjoying seeing her squirm. There will be hell to pay later, of course... but it's worth it for those smiles on Akatsuki-chan and Poi-chan. :D
The way Atlanta asks for help is reminiscent of Yura's way of talking. Because Yura is somewhat soft-spoken, she always adds "right?" at the end of her sentence to make sure the other person is paying attention.
