    From this image, i am imagining Enma-Chan as a sort of Hack'N Slash protagonist that works for a SCP-like organization and every girl from HoloMyth is a boss she must defeat.

    More like they're all subjects that the Foundation deemed to be most suitable to take the first step in introducing SCP into human society and Enma-chan is the Class A or whatever class that corresponds with being an "Observer" assigned by the Foundation to keep an eye on them.

    And, after 5 minutes of falling into the rabbit hole looking up the internet, they decided that the easiest way is to have the subjects become Vtuber. Thus, in order to better keep an eye on the the five, Enma-chan also fell down the rabbit hole and became a gamer.
