I've seen a lot of different censorships in all the time I have spent in the internet. Good censoring, bad censoring, convenient censoring. Heck, even full censoring in some doujins are a lot better than this. This just completely ruins the image. I mean, you could just basically crop the image from the hip down and be done with it.
