The last box is literally "Villager," but I don't think that's what it means in context. If I had to guess, it's internet slang for on steam but I don't know. It could mean that she's not an imposter.

It's this. Japanese players tend to use 村人 (villager) and 人狼 (werewolf) for crewmate and impostor because those are the roles in a traditional game of werewolf.
