I get the gist of whats said, but I cant for the life of me find out what the meaning of カンロク is in the guy's dialogue. If someone more proficient wants to give it a good translation. The rough gist of it is
Girl: This is actually pretty bad. (Presumably referring to challenge)
Guy: There are too many Otaku. (Presumably referring to us)

Knowing the series this artist does, char on left side is still a guy, the same gyaru in the right panel but more effeminate.
