I'm just wondering: Is it necessary to have "Hololive" added to each note when every character but one is from Hololive? I can understand for cases like AZKi and also separating the ID and EN branches, but for all the JP members?

No, not really. I add them in-case there's a cross-over between other VTubers outside of Hololive (every note is saved in a program I copy/paste in). It also looks a bit nicer if all the notes have the bold text name and normal text underneath. And I just saw this comment now. Sorry for the delay.
