Added tags for the languages I was able to recognize as a linguist. Also added the typo tag as a few of these are misspelled and a significant number of these are poor translations (such as Russian прямой эфир which means live as in 'on air', not as in 'to live' as the artist intended).

Absolutely loved that one.

"Campà" could be Neapolitan or Corsican, and "viver" could be Romansch or Portuguese (or Ladin, or Venetian...) But I'm pretty sure the artist got these from Google Translate, which only does Corsican and Portuguese, so I've removed the neapolitan_text and romansch_text tags. I've also removed gaelic_text, which is redundant when it already has irish_text (which is actually populated), and mien_text because I can't see any sign of any words on there in any Mien language.

Funny, Hindi text litterally spells the english word "Live" as in live streaming, like the word "live" borrowed from english to hindi
