Ah, I thought he looked familiar with regard to this series. So all three depicted characters here are fairies; two just happen to look like Katsuragi and (sort of) Kaga.

If you check the next strip, you'll see that the Katsuragi fairy is flying the trainer version of the A6M, which this one doesn't look like as the cockpit here is shorter.

I concur. And I’m usually not partial to the “hair covering one eye” look. But that fairy makes it work.

Kaga fairy's hairstyle reminds me of Shin Kazama from Area 88.
