That's because Shizu, who is everything Mariya is not, already exists. Having her stripped down in the last episode of the show kinda took away the need for this sort of pic.
noname: I know it's Mariya - as you noted, the mole's on the left. But with Shizu, the identical twin (except for being female) already in the manga and show... there's no real reason to have a genderswapped Mariya, as the 'real deal' already exists with Shizu. It'd be like creating a Kyonko if there was already a female Kyon in the Haruhi series...
