While this is a complete 180 from their disposition as meowths, it does fit the temperament as described in the games where Persians were at best fickle and were often described as innately mean or the like.

I would classify this type of pokemusu as evil like a serial killer. They even have bounties on them just for revenge for the innocent people they kill just for fun!
