Reminds me so much of Seiken Densetsu. I wonder how squishy they are when you whack 'em while spinning like a cyclone holding your sword out?
Oddly, this is one of the few monsters I'd happily run over for bonus XP, rather than feeling guilty about having to fight them, thanks to their general annoyance in some of the Seiken Densetsu games.
Another monster that could easily destroy the world in the wrong circumstances. On the other hand, they probably have a lot of monsters that prey on a basically immobile and dazzed.
