A song doesn't have to be pleasant to the ears. My question, since evidently it wasn't clear, could best be described, "what is the song in this flash?"

Touché. At any rate, the song is from NicoVideo and its audio is a remix of a commercial for Hataka Salt, which you can learn about from the hataka-san wiki.
