It's impossible for me to tell if this should be in the FF14 tag as well. It looks like a miqo and that outfit is available in the game, but I can't find any artist commentary to support that.

It is totally a miqo'te and all parts of the outfit are from a new one, and heapiece and earrings are from two other outfits in the game.
