I know this comment is eight years old, but I figured, "what the hell, I'll reply anyway". You must be mistaken, then. I have a book titled "The New Generation of Manga Artists Vol. 1: the Koh Kawarajima Portfolio" from 2002. Not only is this illustration on pages 4 and 5, it's also on the cover.
