I know about the Gorgom and Decade memes, but the Takumi one is new to me.

The last one is three Kamen Rider memes combined into one.

Gorgom (AKA Golgom) = The villains from Kamen Rider Black; protagonist Kotaro Minami tends to blame "a Gorgom plot" for anything and everything out of the ordinary (and he's usually right).

Takumi Inui = Protagonist of Kamen Rider 555/Faiz; the recurring antagonist Masato Kusaka (Kamen Rider Kaixa) tends to blame him for everything that goes wrong in his life (and he's usually wrong).

Decade = Kamen Rider Decade; the recurring character Narutaki blames him for everything that goes wrong (including stuff he did himself), and actually has "Damn you, Decade!" ("Onore, Dikeido!") as a catch phrase.
