According to the tweet, the old design/look still existed in universe, suggesting some sort of makeover. Combined with that part in the PV....

That's a reasonable guess but there's been no hard proof (CN wiki has "to be found" for her while for Allen, they list Nagu). I'm going to try to investigate Nagu's twitter for any hints
