I suspect that the artist is Kuronyan - the game credits くろにゃん (Kuronyan, but spelled with only hiragana, rather than hiragana+katakana like the one on Danbooru) for this artwork. While the artstyle and subject is way different from what they usually draw, DB!Kuronyan's stacc does note that they recently interacted with a Magia Record artwork, and MR!Kuronyan's newest artworks (of a character they designed, at that) seem to be closer to DB!Kuronyan's.

I'm not 100% sure though, so I'm not tagging with the artist just yet.
