Optimus-Prime: Presumably, the character is identified as Futanari in the source material. As well, they have wide hips and a full rear, and although their torso isn't in the shot clearly enough to be sure, there's some movement on it that may be swaying breasts.
EDIT: Found a CG-rip gallery from the game, that shows the leading lady more clearly than in this picture. This pic is definitely futanari.
