If you have to carry a gun around a lot, you will find that it's necessary to have a way to not hold it your hands all the time, e.g. a holster for pistols or a sling for longer weapons. So I wonder if they are borrowing the revolver and handcuffs from someone else, as they don't have holsters or equipment pouches.
