I can't shake this feeling that I've failed to live up to the promise I made so long ago... I mean, since before my last update, I've been sitting on multiple doujinn from the artist. And to be sure, I've wanted to stay on top of this and keep uploading to this pool. The only real update I can state with this posting is that I have a pristine unused scanner (with none of the BS of the previous one).
And so, with all that being said, it's my hope that I'm able to finally begin scanning the pages of the following volumes in the coming days. If it wasn't for the pandemic and all the BS in my personal life, this would have happened long before now. For whatever reason, I say this because I've kept up with the KC doujins by the author (having bought them from my trusted Japanese vendor), to the point that I'm now familiar with the OCs that have begun appearing...
Oh yeah, I should point out that the “Shitty Admiral” from the Christmas web-comic will be making their debut in the main series, so look forward to that. I'm not totally sure what it is about this author's works that resonated with me... Maybe the facial expressions? IDK.

I'm doing a lot better these days. I'm gonna try to get back to this. I have a MASSIVE backlog of pages I need to scan. Hopefully, I can start posting again in the near future.
