Technically, this is the Fake Iosefka, as the real one didn't perform 'surgery' that changed survivors into (failed) Celestial Beings.
But that's just massive nitpicking on my part as a Bloodborne fanboy.
True, but I'm unsure if we really need an extra Iosefka_Impostor Tag, if there is no real change in appearance - and it could be annoying to search for just Iosefka. But technically it's true, that this isn't Iosefka.
