I think those are edamame and not pistachio. I also remember hearing the character saying how much she loved edamame in the series.

I think it is LasDun (ラスダン). Not sure if it's official though, but seems to be widely used among 'fans'.

Edit: Some English sources add a "t", turning it into LastDun. This makes it much better as an alternative short alias/qualifier for our purposes. (LasDun itself is potentially ambiguous because it's a real-life surname, with a famous architect under that name.)
