I can't help but think the little sister wouldn't be that difficult to turn reasonable. Isn't she just angry because her beloved big sister was seemingly replaced by a droid? She's missing the sister and is angry the sister had to die, so she's just channeling her negative feelings toward Milady, despite Milady not really having got anything to do with it. She's just following the big sister's orders, wishes, and plans. If the little sister instead wanted the company for herself, it might actually be more difficult.

Yes, I believe the little sister's motive is disgust, and nothing else. Like, she can't stand that a robot copy of her sister is replacing the real one. Even it's exactly what her real sister wanted. She couldn't care less about the company, I think. Her motive may degrade into that over time, but as of now, not yet.
