First used as the cover for a 'joke' mock-up staplebound doujin ("copybook") made in commemoration for Comiket 94. Later also used as the cover for an actual print release of this comic series, sold in C95 at Iberiko Yuri's circle table. There is also a later C97 release using the same cover.
