I wouldn’t say “a while”. Stuff on the internet can last indefinitely so such a video could potentially negatively impact her reputation/life forever. Others who see the video can bully her for it and she won’t be able to do anything about it since unlike the people in the video, these people technically haven’t done anything against the law (I’m assuming the people in the video gang raped her). Even if no one sees the video, the fear of someone seeing it and bully her as a result will follow her her entire life if the video is released.

Even then, is it really worth giving birth and being constantly abused and blackmailed forever? It just makes no sense. But then again it's just fetish porn so it hardly matters.
