Waitaminute... that doesn't look like a Gouf Custom (first thing that comes to mind for Norris). Doesn't look like a Zaku I or II either... what is it?
Overall profile seems to look like a Gouf Custom the most, but the pauldron spikes are normal Zaku II length instead of the weird long curved ones the Goufs have.

Its shoulders do have a couple of Zaku-II length spikes, but I'll admit the silhouette just looks wrong with both the curved spikes being concealed. (in this case one going off-screen and hidden behind text)

Oh right, now that you mention it, I can see the long curved spike on the right pauldron now, through the gaps of the text. Thanks for the clarification.
