In KoF 99, the final boss krizalid says something which sound like "hong meiling", In some Doujins, meiling and krizalid are couple. That's why krizalid is angry...

Actually, K', Krizalid, Kula and K9999 are Kyo's copy
and Krizalid as boss in the KOF 99' have two forms. the one with the coat and the other suit without the coat (looks like stripper)

Also, Hong has the same projectile. That projectile happens to sound like "Hong Meiling".

Are you deaf? That sounds nowhere near "Hong Meiling" it sounds more like "Tafun Reiji" (Tafun Reiji for Typhoon Rage)
