Well of course. Everyone knows that cloaks make you 42% more badass with, than without. Situating away a piece of hammerspace in order to pull one out is a necessary endeavor.

I always wanted to see a disheveled but still badass optimus prime in a long all encompassing tattered cloak like Samus in that manga or Master Chief, armored figures and Mecha in cloaks are just badass.

Transformers can pull several hundred tons of mass out of hammerspace (or shove it back in), as many of their combinations are between things of wildly different size. In one of them, an aircraft carrier can launch a jet airplane it holds within itself, then the two can come back to merge and be about the same size as the other.
