That was my first thought, but it doesn't make any sense here. Plus, when I tried to Google it, I came up with a bunch of corporate management sites... which didn't really help.

I do hope this helps. I went to dictionary.com and found this:

eulogy

1. a speech or writing in praise of a person or thing, esp. a set oration in honor of a deceased person.
2. high praise or commendation.

It says エコロジー (ecology). One commenter on pixiv suggested a connection between ecology and Subterranean Animism but the artist's comments aren't too specific. I'd either leave it untranslated or put in something like "Think Green!".

Is it in reference to the frog that got killed earlier
