I think that 高感度 (high sensitivity) might be a typo for 好感度 (level of popularity).

Ah, I saw that page when I was trying to figure out what　高感度 meant, but I didn't actually read it that thoroughly.

It's basically a grammar rant talking about how people are using 高感度 when they mean 好感度, and how there are tons of results on Google, and also mentions how 高感度アップ is meaningless and shouldn't be used.

A grammar rant in Japanese... I like it.
