    The memes are crossbreeding.

    Delaying the TL a bit because I'm not sure what would be the best TL for "zenshin zenrei" (given its context as the most memetic in-game skill).

    So...
    "Spirited Devotion"?
    "With All My Spirit!"?
    "Full Throttle"?

    For context it activates at the "last leg" of the race, giving the uma a speed boost.

    Too bad there is already a speed skill called "Last Leg".

    There are plenty of Gold and Unique skills you can get thru inheritance and training as a Last Leg skill so hers isnt really worth hunting down. Atleast not for me.

    The story reward Winning Ticket SSR card has 全身全霊 skill from the main event, so you can get it a lot more reliably than Spe and it's free too

    Edit: I should note that at the game launch, Spe was the only one to give 全身全霊, only recently they added the Winning Ticket SSR card. Narita Brian also has that skill through awakening.

    There are also a few Brians floating around on the Japanese interwebs, but the quality for those were kinda... suspect.
