Okay... something weird is up with Wriggle and Cirno's arms. My best guess is that Cirno has an arm hook around Wriggle's whose hand is probably on Cirno's ass... otherwise Wriggle has two left hands.

Someone can't draw hands, and so decided to do his best by hiding them behind stuff. You've got four girls and two hands. Probably the manifestation of some freudian neurosis due to some sort of traumatic experience as a child involving helplessness or impotence, which almost certainly explains why the artist lives in a one room 8x8 apartment populated by figurines and his own undiscarded solid waste.
