Now I'm wondering if Krysha really should be tagged as loli.
Anyone thinks otherwise?

Tagging is based on appearance, not age. If she looks like a loli then she gets tagged loli, doesn't matter if she's 16 or 1600.

This doesn’t look loli to me. Her face looks about as mature as most other physically teenage characters and she doesn’t seem that much smaller than her partner.

Also, I didn’t know regular users could comment on loli posts. The loli tag hasn’t been removed once as I’m typing this.

AFAIK only editing, image viewing, and HTML search results are restricted. If they got here from, say, saucenao, they can comment, and... Can they upvote and favorite? I don't remember.
