Zhongli originally not as busted as now. According to other players, I just C2 him when his banner first out. So i don't really feel such impact. At least his shield become more useful

According to leaks, her main schtick is going to be Energy management and recharge. This may be why beta testers are telling us she's a hybrid support DPS. Her BiS weapons have Energy Recharge as substat, yes skyward spine is no more trash, as it likely become 3rd best for Raiden.

Her entire kit are already released. E is team-wide buff that summons mobile battery (the gunning kind) like Oz, and her Q momentarily transform her weapon into a tachi with initial AoE damage. Attacking with the sword recovers energies for other characters, and her talent include self-buff based on how many energy are expended on other team members' Q.
We're also getting two new event weapons, one of them is a polearm with ER and passive which works just like Festering Desire, but on ult, which makes it the best F2p option for Raiden, even above Skyward Spine.

That's why I said Skyward Spine 3rd best. In theory, 1. Grasscutter (good luck beating the infamously bad weapon gacha). 2. "The Catch" (the famous event polearm).
