I tried digging around the Gundam Ace site a bit but I couldn't find. Maybe someone who knows Japanese would be able to at least find the artist and see if they've posted a sample version or such on Twitter

Super late response, but it turns that artwork is actually kind of old and has been on Danbooru for 3 years (post #3351688)
