A typo in the first release of Tsukihime had hisui saying 'Anatawo hannin desu.' You ARE a criminal. (As if she were making you into one.)
She was supposed to say 'Anatawa hannin desu.' You are the criminal.

This picture says 'anatawo hannin desu,' she's hypnotising Shiki to believe he is the criminal, at her suggestion.

This is true, except that "Anata wo hannin desu" does not really mean anything. It's simply bad grammar, which I reflected in the notes.
