Which pool?

You can remove it multiple ways:
1. add a tag to the post -pool:[pool number]
2. go to the pool, then to the pool history and click "revert to" on the previous version
3. go to the pool, then to edit and remove this post's number from the list manually

I would highly recommend methods 1 or 2 over 3.
