I've played all the games released in America so far and no, she does not appear like this at all in any of them. But given that I've seen this design floating around for a while, I'd say it's likely from the game you mentioned.
Thanks. Must be in that game, since it's released there are many pictures of her this young (also i think i saw one with Edgeworth on it). I'm looking forward to it, i think/hope it will show us some scenes from the past of Edgey and Karma...ey x3
