Ok this is weird, tried to upload one image and linked to the tweet with the source. But for some reason it seemed to override the image I uploaded with this which was the first one included in the tweet which had multiple pictures? So if someone wants to delete this go ahead cause I can't seem to find an easy way to do so and don't want to go through the effort of retaging this when it wasn't what I tried to upload.

You probably used the regular uploader instead of the batch uploader. That should allow you to pick the image you want instead of defaulting to the first one in a post. There's also a bookmarklet you can use for batch uploads.
