Mogudan can call this hair color "black" in post #4340121 if he wants, but it's clearly a navy blue or indigo, and we can clearly see a separate person with actually black hair right here for comparison.
I think that this is technically the Original "totally not Ayanami Rei" character made by Mogudan. Correct me if I'm wrong tho.
While its sad to know what has happen for him, this is some of the funniest thing I’ve read in regards to Mogudan in years. This whole Original character that’s totally a different character with slightly different hair is just too hilarious. I wonder if he’s also doing this for the laughs as well.

Well to be fair, all of mogudan's original dojinshi and even his non-Eva mangas characters are all Ayanami wearing wigs.

Only in the ones he doesn’t care about. Basically whenever he’s asked to do cover art but not given a chance to actually make a totally-not-Ayanami doujin. Outside of those, he does try for his own original works (for the most parts) even if he can’t help himself in going overboard with the...errr...largeness.
