Nope, thats diferent. Since its the same as Watame and Calli when they had their internet issues before change to a better service, so their avatars and conection floped a lot during their 1st days/weeks. Also i found some leaps cut during her debut stream, even if i thought it was my internet who produced this, since it happen the same with Hakoz a little later.

Not well optimized model issues would be things like old Aqua/Matsuri avatars when they started, Ritsu's flat face, and the screw up Anya has with both of her default outfit (she was more stacked than suppouse to be, on a character who is flat), and same with new outfit whos head when moves to a side it amost detach the back side of the head (on both case is a rigging).
