The source tags indicate the police units are supposed to be LAPD. The markings look mostly right, except that the insignia on the front doors should be closer to the middle of the door. The SUVs are Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles, but the Ford Explorer is the closest tag here. The car on the left is a BMW i3, which LAPD had procured a bunch of (for non-emergency applications) but are now selling because they ended up mostly sitting in storage.
