I can think of three ways this will turn out.

1: A fight between Wendy, Carmilla, and Aella with the latter two trying to pin her down until Wendy's Mom shows up and pacifies her.

2: Wendy acts like a cute little puppy with Carmilla and Aella petting her, rubbing her belly, and playing fetch.

3: Wendy is actually in full control and she goes to hide under something while freaking out about her sudden transformation, while Carmilla and Aella try to comfort her until Wendy's Mom shows up.
