Green will pair up with Blue. If you read manga much enough you will know it will be.
Gold and Crystal has no special relationship, just friend... at lease for now.
So, that make Silver is the only lonely guy around here :P

What about red?

I'm basing the following pairs off of the Pokemon Adventures manga:

Red and Yellow (or possibly Misty).
Blue (his name in the game and manga) and ?.
Green and Silver.
Gold and his ego.
Crystal and ?.
Ruby and Sapphire.

There's a running joke where Yellow is always the shortest, regardless of age, but I guess Ruby's pretty short too.

Who won the tournament? From the picture in the manga, Emerald was standing in the middle... but I don't think he can beat Ruby, not to mention Green or Red.

... Emerald is a midget... and is waaaay shorter than everyone.

I doubt because Silver is kinda young and Green is the oldest of them all so i think it is more of a sister relationship.

So since most people vary with Blue ending up with either Green or Silver in the end you can say that everyone is pared with their most likely couple because she is standing by both.
