Why does it have the "you gonna get rape" tag if he was originally planning to have sex, and still is? He's getting what he wanted without the hassle.
Because he isn’t getting it in a consensual manner. A real world example would be two people deciding to consensually have sex, but if one tries to do something that the other doesn’t (doing a certain position or type of sex) but then the first person then forces it upon the other, it’s either rape or another form sexual assault, depending on exactly what happened.
All of this being said, it’s Hypno, so should we really feel that bad for him?

I would say rather that you_gonna_get_raped is a comedy tag, and can thus apply even to nominally consensual sex if one party is much more enthusiastic than the other, especially (as in this case) when which party is the eager one subverts the usual expectations for the situation.
