Genshin fans are at extremely agitated state and the general subreddit/discord is on full-on battle mode between white knights and black knights with some unrelated people (taken from their posting history) trying add fuel to fire.

It's also highly possible that most of the review bombing that goes into other games wasn't made by genshin fandom, but rather unrelated 3rd parties that wanted to ride on their movement and just wanted to sow chaos while walking away scot-free and dumping the fault.

I feel so sad about their current situation.
Yes, that reward was too poor.
But it doesn't mean that they have to review bombing for no reason.
It's kinda disrespectful.

I personally consider the ability to play a fun triple-A game for free to be more than enough of a reward.

I feel the devs are 1 not caring or 2 working too hard
