There's really no need to put a disclaimer in the comments under every picture you put notes on. As long as you are reasonably sure that what you're putting in the notes is correct and not pulling random guesses out of the air, it should be fine. If you're not sure about something, just leave it and someone else should take care of it eventually. I've only seen a few of these, but the notes seem fine for the most part.
