I thought this was Ishikei from the look of the tumbnail

That most certainly is Ishikei's work...as that same character is in shown here in these two posts

so many ishikei copies turning up now adays, it is nice to use it as a base or well a learning tool for upcoming artists but if they copy it so much like this, whats the point of even drawing? just take a ishikei pic and say its yours -_-

Doing more than the limited selection of series that Ishikei does. He only seems to harp on the most popular stuff except Touhou.
